How to Request a Refund

We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • More than 50% of the course content has been accessed
  • Account has been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • You've already received a refund for the same course previously

Bundle Purchases

If you purchase a bundle of courses, refunds apply to the entire bundle only. Partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not available.

Promotional Offers and Discounts

Courses purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes are subject to the same refund policy. Refunds will be issued for the amount actually paid, not the original pre-discount price.

Subscription Services

If we offer subscription services in the future, cancellations and refunds for subscriptions will be handled according to the subscription-specific terms provided at the time of purchase.

Access After Refund

Once a refund is processed, your access to the course will be immediately revoked. You will no longer be able to access course materials, videos, or downloadable content.
